Meet the Founder

I am Lamont Wallace, the CEO and Founder of LJWFIT. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences and a passion for fitness. I have searched for the ultimate workout experience to achieve optimum human health. After sampling over 35 different fitness franchises, personal training studios, gyms, and physical therapy practices, I have developed a unique training style that focuses on training people for both LIFE and SPORT.
